If there is no traumatic hstory, then this is due to the cwrvical problem and leading to nerve compression responsible for pain in the elbow,  neck and chest area. It generally occurs duw to bad postures or with the old age.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy+IFT +Heating therapy +traction (if required) +some stretching as well as strengthening exercises  will be helpful.
Health Tips
At home.. Hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +rest+no long sitting /forward neck bending, no manual exertions, no travelling, no thock pillow while lying straight, no cold exposure.

Hello there,,,,any pain which continues for more than 3 days has to be looked into....did u meet with any accident or a fall....or the pain started all of a sudden. If it is traumatic pain then it can be reduced with pain medication ans physio modalities....but if it started on its own then....radiological and pathological tests are necessary.
Next Steps
Get x-ray and blood test done.
Health Tips
Visit a Physician or Orthpaedic surgeon. Regards & take care

Hello.. Well I need more history about it as in was there any trauma prior to the pain started...I would suggest you to meet an orthopaedic doctor first and get it examined as I cannot deduce anything without examination...Thank you
