A detailed assessment is required. Kindly review with a general surgeon or general physician who refeed you to take the scan. Splenic cysts a relatively rare. One of the cyst appears like abscess as per report. Aspiration of cyst without knowing what it is is risky. Is there any recent exposure to any animals.. like pets or farms? Kindly discuss in detail with your consulting doctor
