3.1mm Nt and  positive double marker

My NT scan result shows 3.1mm. Double marker test shows T21 - 1:30 High risk T18 - 1:11000 Low risk T13 - 1:200 Low risk Internet says below 3.5mm NT value is normal. I feel double marker test result is just dependent on the NT value. How accurate is the double marker test. Our family struck up in unnecessary thoughts. I have attached the reports. Please suggest for the possibility of having a healthy baby.

Your NT is high. Your Double marker shows that you are in High Risk for Down's Syndrome. You should go for NIPT.

NT is increased at this week of pregnancy ,you can go for NIPT test for confirmation

U hv gathered wrong information Nt should be less than 2 mm Double Marker is just a screening test U need a confirmatory u Go with aminocentesis or nipt Further decision will be based in the result
