You didn’t mention about your height. Do yoga and walking at least for an hour. Avoid rice incorporate protein diet. Eat plenty of fruits( watermelon, pomegranate’s , ) incorporate sprouts. So fallow this for 3 months. If possible take dietician opinion. After 3 months plan second cycle.
My suggestion is loose weight first then plan.
