Hi doctor, I'm 24 + 2 days diabetic pregnant women. I have sore throat cough and cold. Can I use Zinda thelis math mixed with hot water ? Please suggest. If yes, how many times can I use in 24 hours I mean how many drops of it. Please suggest doctor. Thank you.

Yea u can use it in pregnancy for symptomatic relief Add 20 drops in 2-3 glasses of boiling water and inhale vapours through nose and mouth. U can add 10 drops in hot water/tea / coffee 2 times a day
