If ur not overweight and no family history of
Diabetes then no problem u can have .. it will not harm your baby.
But see that per week , should not gain weight like more than 1.5 kgs . If ur weight is normal then total of 11 kgs u should gain through out ur pregnancy.
If u try to maintain this that’s fine to eat..
Next Steps
Get an OGTT
sugar test (routinely done ) between 24-28 weeks .. if it’s normal no need to worry at all.
