My 23 days baby is not pooping from last 12 days having dry lips . She is sometimes crying and feeling restless. Can you suggest any treatment??

Immediately go hospital, 12 days is too much is he vomiting , any abdominal distension , can use per rectal glycerine suppository, if baby has dry lips then might be dehydrated, so plz consult physically, how much is urine output
