Upon review these were the findings- Patient complains of protruding front teeth. H/o orthodontic treatment, non extraction treatment done. For 2nd opinion suggests present orthodontic complaint arising due to third molar eruptions causing protrusion of anterior teeth. Elaborately these are to be done for- OPG for impacted? third molar -path of eruption. Patient counseling for orthodontic treatment after third molar evaluation, counseling basis health promotion (education) and retainer review, retention since last treatment, types of retainers used. Provisional diagnosis- Protrusion of anterior teeth Differential diagnosis- Diagnostic tests- OPG for clinical review Treatment advise for- OPG evaluation, third molar status, retention of orthodontic treatment, On these basis orthodontic counseling. Prognosis- Fair

Hello! Kindly attach pic for better suggestions. If Dr has evulated and asked for removal of 4 teeth then you can proceed as per your orthodontist, it's Advisable to get wisdom tooth removed before orthodontics treatment
