22 years high serum creatinine & BP
Hi,I'm 22 years old i have single kidney from birth and recently recorded high BP and serum creatinine.bp is 160/95 and serum creatinine is 1.9 then after 5 days serum creatinine has increased to 2.24 then doctor recommended BP tablet and to go through biopsy.After two days I have gone through biopsy on the day of biopsy serum creatinine was 2.34 and eGFR was 40.8. after 6 days when I went to collect biopsy report doctor asked to redo serum creatinine and serum potassium,creatinine was 2.42 & potassium 3.8. Then doctor recommended to take two defocord 30 mg tablets and some calcium and BP tablets and then after a week asked to come once again to further diagnosis my problem...
My doubt is will this serum creatinine be decreased to normal??
Will I become a normal person?
And why I haven't noticed this high BP and creatinine as any symptoms?

Your blood pressure is the main factor for rising your serum creatinine, as you are having single functioning kidney the load of blood pressure is directly falling on this kidney and rising your creatinine. First control your BP
It's very rare to see a patient going for kidney biopsy with single functioning kidney
And share the biopsy report to decide further
