I'm a male and a medical student too... I have anxiety problm... Due to overthinking.. And sleeplessness... Sometimes feeling of hopelessness... Plzz help

Start ventilating ur negative thoughts either by writing n tearing n throwing or doing mirror talk. Try to analyse situations when u feel anxious that will help u learn to overcome those situations. Start listening to sleepin music that will calm u relax u n help u to fall asleep
