My son 20m old speaks only 4-5 one syllable words(caa for car,baa for ball,bus etc)mispronounces doesn't use bisyllable words,doesn't pay much attention to what I say while trying to teach him.follows only few commands most of the commands he doesn't understand or doesn't listen.he cannot identify his body parts.he doesn't call me mama.. He doesn't have hearing problem for sure..reacts for even smallest sounds and reacts for his fav words like light, cocomelon(rhyme channel)etc.. Doesn't have any oral issues like tongue palette he chews food properly.and can put tongue out. He has good congnitive skills , solves simple puzzles like shape sorting and colour matching.does or imitate daily activities like sweeping , putting clothes in machine, watering plants He points to objects has eye contact has health bonding.blabbers a lot uses sign language and pointing.makes sounds rather than trying to speak.i suspect a speech delay,not sure what is to be done next. Please suggest..im concerned.
