2 yr old Pain in a single point in foot

My mother has regular pain in the foot at a particular point in the bridge of foot just above the fourth toe. initially pain occur weekly, then daily basis now it is all time pain, sometimes more sometime less but pain is there all time. Picture attached ( to indicate where is pain is exactly.) Marked by pen. Please. Help
