2 yr old baby has small bloats on skin

My 2 yr old son has developed some skin related problem. small bloats are observed over some parts of skin areas. What it can be? My doctor has given allergic lotion. but no effect. I want to ascertain the cause. photos attached.

Apply calamine lotion. I feel it is related to soap. Use cetaphil bar soap and cetaphil moisturizing lotion for 1 week at least. Stop earlier soap and oil massage for 1 week.
