2 year old still sick.

My daughter is 2, she had the flu over 2 wks ago, know she has diarrhea, low fever, dry cough, stuffy nose, goopy eyes. Not eating much. Took her to ER 1 week ago said it's upper respiratory infection. Not getting any better.
