I have 2 new molars trying to pop out since last 8 years, but as there is no space, it's not popping out. I have swollen gum and pain in that area within every few weeks which disappears automatically within 3-4 days, but I need a permanent solution for the same. Please suggest.

Hi , Based on your symptom it looks like a case of pericoronitis , but a visual / radiography would be helpful for me to draw my diagnosis . The best treatment option for pericoronitis is getting removal of the offending tooth , as you said been 8years You are suffering and its not going to erupt any time soon . so , consider getting removal of the tooth . after a course of antibiotics (gram positive as well as negative ) , analgesic and mouth wash helps you to attain an easy painless condition for your tooth removal. please consult your nearby dental surgeon

Go for surgical removal of the teeth. This can only be the permanent solution.

Hello, When there is inadequate space for eruption, 3rd molars/ wisdom tooth usually get impacted. The signs of swollen gums and pain could be due to pericoronitis which if not treated become infectious. Extraction or surgical removal of the tooth is the choice of treatment.
Next Steps
Consult a dentist. Get it clinically evaluated along with an x ray.
