2 days with fever 105 , cold, cough.then I visited near by hospital he said no dengue use normal paracetamol for few days. Please provide your suggestions and reports attached. Dengue report negative which is not attached due to limitation.

Platelets is decreased, have to rule out dengu nowadays. Could be a viral flu with high grade fever, if fever persist beyond 5 days have to workup

105 is too high. Cold sponging forehead,  palm, soul. Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 5 days Cefexim 400 two times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night after dinner for 5days. Rest Light diet.
