Hi Today i have extreme nausea since morning Took doxinate at night But gastric symptoms making it difficult to feel normal Sweating is also more than normal I feel lying laying down again and again The moment i get up or walk if feel too unwell What to do

U can take tab  emset Also take syp mucaine mps gel thrice a day before Meals
