As the baby turns 1 year we recommend to give them all the food that the family traditionally takes. As per your cultural background you can give him all that you eat.
As you sit for eating as a family, give a plate to the child as well and allow him to eat by himself. It can get messy and he might not take all that you serve, but this will help both of you in the long run. Please supervise your child as he eats.
Avoid food which can pose danger of choking like grapes and nuts, you can give them under supervision or make them into puree. Avoid food which are known to cause allergy in your family.
