13 week pregnancy shows Mean PI 2.05

I am at 13 weeks 6 days pregnancy. My NT scan report shows Mean PI 2.05 with elevated PI noted in left uterine artery. Attaching my report. Kindly help me to understand if this is ok or anything of concern for present and future Thank you

Yes this is a matter of concern This indicates that the blood is  flowing in the uterine artery with high  resistance
