My daughter 11 months suffer from vomiting yesterday doctor gave grandem syrup 2 ml in evening.now early morning she had 1 loose motion and 1 vomit again.

Looks like she is having gastroenteritis .. give her ORS. Syrup Zinc 5 ml once in a day for 14 days .. continue breastfeeds . You can give grandem again. Visit pediatrician if problem persists

Maybe summer diarrhoea. Continue grandem. Give plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration. Start probiotics and ORS if loose motions persist
