My daughter is 10 months old and since past 4-5months she catches cold often , almost like 3-4 weeks once. What is the reason and remedy for this? How do I prevent this?

Encourage good balanced diet . If diet predominantly on milk may lead to anemia that may cause weak immunity leading to reccurent cold.

avoid smoking if someone is doing it as it can result in frequent allergic rhinitis in children
