1 YR OLD, DIARRHEA, DIAPER RASH 4TH DAY

MY 1 YR OLD HAS HAD DIARRHEA GOING ON DAY 4 NOW. HE IS TEETHING, IN THE PAST WHEN A TOOTH HAS COME THROUGH HE GETS SICK. BOTH OF HIS TOP 1ST BICUSPIDS ARE COMING TROUGH. HE NORMALLY GET A YEAST INFECTION, FEVER AND DIARRHEA WHEN A TOOTH COMES THROUGH. MY QUESTION IS, SHOULD I TAKE HIM TO SEE HIS DOCTOR FOR HAVING DIARRHEA SO MANY DAYS?

Please send his stool for routine and microscopy test if it's normal you can wait can keep hydrating your child. Can start some lactobacillus
