1 month baby with webbed like thing

Hi, attached photo, my baby is 1 month and has this webbed like black lines on hands and legs, is this anything to be concerned? We keep AC on at 28° as it is 43° outside. Please suggest what can be done.

Please keep temperature of the ac between 25 to 26 if the child is feeding well , sleeping after every feed passing urine If the temperature is less than 100 degrees Then it’s fine
