Wounds heal with inflammation followed by granulation which make them appear raised and red initially. This area eventually flattens. In Asian skin there is a tendency for hyper pigmentation after any injury. Unless you have strong history of keloid formation in the past you should not worry about this complication. The swelling on your nose at present is due to wound healing process rather than due to keloid (as it takes few weeks for keloid formation to occur).
Next Steps
Continue the same treatment you mentioned and stop worrying. This treatment may reduce the chance of keloid formation (in case if you have tendency for this complication).
