Bring a change in your lifestyle. Eat a good breakfast, include more of fiber that gives u satiety like fruits, seasonal vegetables, whole grains, more intake of fluids like plain water, green tea, sleep on time. Trust me the saying. Early to bed, early to rise makes man healthy wealthy and wise, still works:) numbers does not matter, health matters. If you take care of your health, numbers will automatically reflect on weighing scale:)
