Eye sight problem

I have an eye sight problem, in which i cannot clearly see letters in tv or any long distant from certain distance i.e.,  5feet. I am very much feared it is due to mastubation. I  do masubation frequently. Please suggest me is this eye problem due to mastubation. And also guide me how to control mastubation.
