My weight is 70 kg, I am having many obesity problems. My thigh muscles pain very much while walking and when I sit or lie down, my stomach feels like pushing my rib cage inside, my backbone also pains a lot. WHom should I consult? And what is the problem I have?

Hello there......, Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. As you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain..... Use intermittent fasting.. Exercise smart.. Achieve optimal ketosis.. Get your hormones checked.. Add green tea.. Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, cookies and doughnuts...
