My wife is 25 weeks pregnant and in recent scanning AFI percentage is 9 and in previous scanning it was 14 doctor said it is not good condition.pls suggest.

Need to check those usg report. AFI decrease it is not good. But u may repeat the usg for AFI , FPP, FCD. VISIT local obstetrician.
