Am unable to breath properly ..feels suf
Am unable to breath feels suffocated since past few weeks .. With mild pain in chest and upper back.. Around 6 years back I was told that I have mild asthama and was given an inhaler by a doctor but it caused me shivering in entire body and eventually stopped the inhaler .. A past few weeks have been worse I feel very suffocated I end up heavy breathing at times without doing any physical activity

You may have asthma for which you need to take regular treatment. Ongoing infections may have exacerbated asthma which is causing you so much difficulty in breathing. You may require inhaler and other treatment for its control.
