Allergy,stomach,headache
I am suffering from skin allergy which doctor's said urticaria, i feel itching after bath and heaviness in chest like swelled lungs and arteries surrounding there which. Headache with tightening of neurological muscle like some thing is pulling them very badly fell depressed all the time also feels needle pins inserting pain in chest some time, i have taken lots of antidepressants with the advice of doctors like fludac, dveniz, amitone, visert50 and some more but nothing helps me. Nothing is diagnosed in blood test, except high lvl of ige about 996 and bronchitis in lungs xray. Can u please help me by diagnosis my problem and prescribe me right medicine. I feel more heaviness, tightening of neurological muscle and more allergy when taking medicine. I also have upset stomac and constant diarrhea without any diagnosis. Thank you

Hi there... Some times serve gastro esophageal reflux disease can cause headaches with chest tightness and abdominal pain....try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above for 15 days....consult physician if symptoms persists.

This is a definite case of CELIAC DISEASE causing malabsorption of glucose,vitamins and iron. These causes constant diarrhoea,spasm of muscles and other problems as you mentioned. Chronic urticaria is also a definite clinical manifestation of celiac disease.
The definite investigation to prove it is serum antigliadin and upper G.I endoscopy with biopsy. Blood for eosinophil count and vitamin B12, vitamin D3.
Treatment includes firstly gluten free diet,like avoid rotis or chapatis or noodles and others. Take Glucon-D once daily. Secondly, Syrup polybion-L 2tsf once daily for 1month.
Tab. Allegra 120mg 1tab once daily for 20days.
Tab. Amixide10mg 1tab once daily at bedtime for 20days.
Tab. Mesacol 400mg 1tab twice daily for 20days.
Review with reports for further assessment.
