Allergy (frequent cold)
From my early childhood days and during the winters,i used to sneeze a lot and then i tried with general physician and they gave Montek LC kind of regular tablets to pause it...later on i switched to homeopathic treatments and she had her some course on me for 1 year but the situation didnt improve . During the winter, either of my nose were always blocked or sometimes both and regular sneezing and irritation during the sneeze... Finally i started with Ayurvedic Patanjali treatment for 1 year and yet i have issues regarding the nose blockage and i am really afraid since my posting is in a winter state and how to cope with it. Please suggest home remedies and also a future scope to completely eliminate such issues and its just 17 C where i am presently, not that cold yet nose blocked during my sleep and breathe through mouth most of the time.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  First of all, let me rell you one thing. Homeopathy almost always DOESN'T WORK. Even they do not have a proof of their own medicines working. So do not waste your time. You can take tab. Monti-fx once in the night daily. Consult a pulmonologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
