I want to quit alcohol after a long time ...how to quit and how do I know that what is the condition of my liver...plz tell me

To stop alcohol you need motivate yourself. If you drink along with your friends then try to avoid those friends. If you have bar at home then you need to dispose them off so as to avoid easy access. Try to do workout so that you will remain busy. Regarding the liver status, get your LFT, USG abdomen.

Do a Lft and usg abdomen..which may come normal, that dosnt mean that ur liver is normal.. Liver is a very strong organ, it will not get damaged easily... Once it starts no one can stop it from failing... So stop alcohol ... Take psychiatrist help for detox and withdrawals
