Alcohol !! Can this be resolved
I have muscle waisting, I also drink too much. The skin on my body looks awful. If I stop drinking can my health improve??? Thanks you

Alcohol can affect the muscle fibers and can cause muscle wasting, atrophy and weakness. Stopping the alcohol consumption will stop the further progression of the wasting caused by the alcohol. Drink a minimum of 3 liters of water per day, eat a well balanced diet.
