Hi , well get HLA B27 test done if possible. You will have morning stiffness/pain. Take hot water bath early in the morning and do constant stretching exercises. Yours maybe develop pain in heels, knees known has enthesopathy. This is a lifelong disease and should take constant medications. Presently we have biological s like infliximab, etanercept etc. Consult Ortho/ rheumatologist
