Age 67,unsteady gait,speech not clear,f
Can't stand up or walk independently,freq urination,urination on coughing and sneezing,cough on drinking liquid,slurred speech,vaginal bleeding since last 2 days..had open heart surgery in 2012...artificial valve was put and on medicine for heart and blood pressure.
