Affected with migraine
She is 24 year old girl and for the past 2-2 1/2 years now she has been suffering from daily constant headaches and maybe once a month she get a migraine that usually last 4 days and she is completely disabled to do anything she can't even attend office because of the pain. The most recent migraine she got last for 2-3 weeks and made her miss the last week and half of study of previous semester.She did the almost test what ever doctor suggested. Please help her , i am being panic due to he problem. Please help us to cure her.

Hello, A migraine headache can cause intense throbbing or a pulsing sensation in one area of the head and is commonly accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light and sound. Migraines can't be cured, Relaxation techniques including progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga may ease the pain, adequate amount of sleep each night, resting in a dark, quiet room when person feels headache coming on.keeping dairy on triggering factors so that person can avoid those . patient should continue medication prescribed by doc
