Hello, tumor is general term for both benign (not spreading) and malignant (spreading - simply cancer). Benign conditions can be cured by surgical removal, for malignant conditions, type of tumour and staging should be considered, to decide which treatment needed (drugs or surgical or radiotherapy). So please consult a oncologist for further details..
