Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
Warm saline gargles thrice a day.
And steam inhalation thrice a day Should help.
If it still persists, get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
