Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take tab Nexium 20 mg before food for 1 month.

Hello. I understand your predicament. Take tab NEKSIUM 40mg once daily before breakfast and Cap CREON 25000 once daily before lunch for 20 days. If your symptoms increase or persist, follow up with me. Hope this helps.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need to make some diet changes. Have smaller meals. Like instead of having 3 huge meals have 5 smaller meals frequently. Cap. Pan-l once a day half an hour before food once or twice a day. Sleep with a slightly raised head. Drink plenty of fluids. Best regards.  Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
