Accident injury
Hi I had accident and near knee had a deep cut in L shape of 10 cms , it's been 45 days since operation. it's red in color and know a small hole formed with pus next to cut also at corner of L still hole visible but no pus. should I be worried about infection

Keep the place clean followed by apply oint T bact. If still it will not decrease then debridement with secondary suturing may needed
