About fat burners
Hi , my height is 5.2 inches and weight 50.5 kg, my problem is upper body looks very thin and lower body(hips and buttocks) looks bulky. i started workout from a 20 days. i lost weight of 1kg but i didn't see even one inch loss from my lower body. I heard about fat burners like Nutrex Lipo-6, does they really work and targets only stored fat(buttocks and thighs in my case).

Hello there..., Following these steps will help- Choose a low-carb diet.. Eat when hungry.. Eat real food.. Eat only when hungry.. Measure your progress wisely.. Be persistent Women: Avoid fruit.. Men: Avoid beer.. Avoid artificial sweeteners.. Review any medications.. Stress less, sleep more.. Eat less dairy products and nuts.. Supplement vitamins and minerals.. Use intermittent fasting.. Exercise smart.. Achieve optimal ketosis.. Get your hormones checked.. Add green tea.. Consult Dietitian for diet chart...
