About fat burners

Hi , my height is 5.2 inches and weight 50.5 kg, my problem is upper body looks very thin and lower body(hips and buttocks) looks bulky. i started workout from a 20 days. i lost weight of 1kg but i didn't see even one inch loss from my lower body.
