Respected doctor,
My girlfriend is pregnant due to failure of contraceptive.
To avoid this unwanted pregnancy, what are the adequate steps to be taken? I've read about MTP.

Post failure of contraception MTP is the only way to discontinue the pregnancy. I would recommend you meet a gynaecologist at the earliest. The gynaec will take care of further management. Also be very cautious the next time.
