Hello,giddiness could be due to hypoglycemia ,low blood pressure, metabolic disturbances, lack of sleep , vertigo , emotional distress ,migraine . Without examining the patient one cannot guess the cause of spinning . So you must meet general physician . On the detailed examination on investigation he con comment on the problem.
