A type of Arthritis
Near the wrist of my wife's right hand, she sometimes feels unbearable pain. The vein gets swollen and she is not able to move her right hand at all. We just want to confirm which specialty doctor we should visit; I eas thinking may be a rheumatoid arthritis specialist...please advise.

Consult an Internal Medicine consultant in person and start the work up of the wrist problem. It is very uncommon for Rheumatoid arthritis to affect wrist joint alone
