Cyst in the lower lip might be a mucocele of lip..most of the times it is painless and it can be removed by small surgery under anesthesia if this is troublesome and as the age is 6 yrs..better to consult a Pediatric surgeon for the surgery

Cyst in the lower lip can easily be excised. Since the child is 6 years of age, it is best to be done by a pediatric surgeon under general anesthesia.
