I was cleaning my room while i stepped on a broken fluorescent light bulb.. it cause swelling of the foot, what should i do?

HELLO, CLEAN UP THE WOUND WITH BETADINE SOLUTION PROPERLY THREE FOUR TIMES. I F YOU THINK THEIR IS SOME TIMES INSIDE CUT GO FOR X--RAY OF AFFECTED FOOTAO/ LAT VIEW. TABLET SIGMOFLAM THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TABLET ACCUCLAVE 625TWO-TIME A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. BEFORE DRESSING HOT FOAMENTATION. O.K BYE.
