2-3 scars on penis
Small scars appear on penis after every 2-3 months and lead to penis tearing on mastrbation.
Is it phemosis or infection ? athough my prepuse seems to be fully tractable.

Hi there...it is very difficult to tell from the photos as the scars are not clearly visible. If it's occurring recuurently it could anything trauma due to masturbation or recuurent herpes simplex. It will require detailed clinical examination and further investigations. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
