I am blessed with a baby boy last week. He has developed some rashes sort of only on his face. Kindly suggest what can be the possible reason for the same and also what shall we avoid to stop this. We have been using coconut oil for his massage as it was suggested by our doctor. Photo is attached for your perusal.

Take hygenic measures and use some infant friendly calamine lotion if in 3 days no relief then consult a dermatologist.
