I went to the Physiotherapist for my Left side Frozen Shoulder and cervical pain, And it took me less than 10 days for my Frozen Shoulder to get cured by the Physiotherapy and that is a tremendous result, since I had my Frozen Shoulder for the past 8 to 9 months. And now I am able to lift my shoulders and do all sorts of excercise which he taught me. Sharing the experience about my cervical spine, the Physiotherapist taught the excercise and made sure that I did it in my home properly. He used to monitor my movements daily whether I had pain and whether I am able to do it comfortably. His approach towards us was too kind and caring.
