Holding an MSc and MPhil in Counselling and Psychotherapy, she offers a compassionate, confidential, and non-judgmental space for healing and growth. She works with concerns such as anxiety, trauma, grief, academic stress, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation, using an integrative and evidence-based approach that includes CBT, ACT, DBT, REBT, and other therapeutic modalities.
